This Assessment will give Lisa the information she needs to ensure your call is utilized as effectively as possible. (NOTE: This Assessment is required. If you choose to not complete the assessment, your call will be canceled)

Lisa takes lots of extra time and care to prepare for her session with you, so we ask that if you do need to reschedule, please reach out to us with at least 48 hours' notice. If we receive a cancelation with less than 48 hours' notice we, unfortunately, may not be able to reschedule your call. Please note we only allow one reschedule with proper notice.
